About the position

The Front Desk Concierge at LINX Corp is responsible for providing a welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and staff. This role involves coordinating executive and client events, managing office supplies, and offering general administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to office management, ensuring a professional atmosphere and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal and external events, including meeting room reservations and office space management.
  • Provide basic office management, including ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support smooth office operations.
  • Order paper, ink, and toner for printers, as well as office supplies to keep the supply closet stocked.
  • Order business cards and name tags for new employees.
  • Manage FedEx supplies and create shipping labels as needed.
  • Report building maintenance issues to facilities management.
  • Order and stock kitchen supplies, including drinks and coffee supplies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of both kitchens and ensure they are stocked for staff use.
  • Support the coordination of executive and client events, managing logistics, scheduling, and materials.
  • Facilitate catering requests for meetings and events, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist with event set-up, breakdown, and ensure spaces are prepared for each event.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make sound recommendations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
