Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and oversee the work of lower-level clerks.
• Provide on-the-job training to lower-level store employees regarding store procedures and policies.
• Assign and review work for lower-level clerks.
• Engage in customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Ring sales on a cash register and manage cash transactions.
• Unload shipments and stock shelves.
• Clean the store and maintain a tidy environment.
• Build displays to promote products.
• Complete accounting and inventory reports for the shift.
• Oversee cash management issues and resolve customer service problems.

Requirements

• Minimum of six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk.
• Six months of retail sales work experience.
• Must meet Pennsylvania residency requirements.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Pass a background investigation.
