Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a PLCB liquor store and oversee the work of lower-level clerks.
• Provide on-the-job training to lower-level store employees regarding store procedures and policies.
• Assign and review work for lower-level clerks.
• Complete accounting and inventory reports.
• Oversee cash management issues during shifts.
• Resolve customer service and product-related issues.
• Assist customers with food and wine pairing inquiries.
• Unloading shipments, stocking shelves, building displays, and cleaning the store.
