• Provide on-the-job training to lower-level store employees regarding store procedures and policies.
• Assign and review the work of lower-level store clerks.

• Resolve customer service and product-related issues.

Requirements

• Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk in Commonwealth titles.
• Six months of retail sales work experience.
• Must meet the Pennsylvania residency requirement.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
