Responsibilities

  • Supervise, manage, and direct activities in a state-owned liquor store.
  • Implement and apply policy and procedure to store operations.
  • Assign and evaluate work for store staff.

  • Accountable for sales, store maintenance, merchandise and cash accounting, and record maintenance.
  • Motivate and inspire store staff to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • One year as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A; or
  • Two years as a Liquor Store Clerk 2; or
  • Two years of lead or supervisory retail sales work.
  • Must meet PA residency requirement.
  • Must pass a background investigation.
