About the position

As a Listing Manager at Dream Team United, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the real estate experience for clients by ensuring excellence in listings, marketing, and client service. This position focuses on utilizing proprietary technology to support real estate professionals while building your marketing and operational skills. Your primary goal will be to provide a world-class client experience and manage the quality of the listing process from pre-listing to contract completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class client experience for sellers on behalf of the team and listing agent.
• Communicate strongly with clients to guide them through the listing process, including marketing updates and regular check-ins.
• Manage the quality of the pre-list, listing launch, and active list process, including managing a VA who completes many of the tasks.
• Own the quality and accuracy of listing data, descriptions, and pictures in the MLS.
• Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and other listing launch functions.
• Maintain inventory of all listing inventory across all locations.
• Own the collection and input of showing feedback for all listings.
• Be an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools.
• Manage marketing plans & listing syndication.
• Create or quality control listing marketing materials.
• Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies.
• Keep the team leader informed of any challenges that arise and bring solutions to the table.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.
