We are currently seeking a Listing & Marketing Coordinator to support our team of Realtors who represent buyers and sellers in the Portland Metro area, as well as our luxury builder client with multiple new construction communities. This role is essential in coordinating and overseeing all duties related to listing homes for sale, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to be the best version of themselves, a sense of humor, and a killer work ethic, which are key to success in this position. As a Listing & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating marketing materials for new listings, client events, and company advertising. You will also maintain staging supplies and collaborate with stagers for listing preparation. This hybrid role requires a mix of in-office work, remote work, and fieldwork, as you will be required to drop off marketing materials and flyers weekly to active communities and homes for sale. Additionally, you will market new listings and team events online and through social media, and video content creation skills will be a significant advantage. Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and oversees all duties related to listing a home for sale including data entry, schedule coordination, and marketing material design.
  • Maintains staging supply and works with stagers for listing preparation.
  • Drops off marketing materials and flyers weekly to all active communities and homes for sale.
  • Creates marketing materials for all new listings, client events, and company advertising.
  • Markets new listings and team events online and through social media.
  • Engages in video content creation and basic videography as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid Oregon Real Estate license OR must obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • Positive, team-player attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance.
  • Marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 years Real Estate industry experience strongly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Video content creation and basic videography skills are a huge plus.
