The Litigation Associate Attorney position at our Detroit office focuses on supporting the Intellectual Property Litigation practice. Responsibilities
- Support the Intellectual Property Litigation practice.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents and pleadings.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of litigation experience.
- Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- A Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or computer engineering, or similar.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Intellectual Property law.
