About The Position
Guild Gallagher & Fuller, Ltd., a busy well-established law firm in Reno, Nevada, is accepting applications for an experienced commercial litigation associate attorney. The ideal candidate will be a member of the Nevada Bar and possess an excellent academic background, with at least two years of experience in the field. Strong writing and computer research skills are essential for this role, as the attorney will be expected to conduct legal research and draft various legal documents. The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including conducting legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw, drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs, and assisting in general and commercial litigation cases. The attorney will also utilize their writing skills to prepare legal correspondence and memos, collaborate with other attorneys on case strategy and preparation, and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to support litigation efforts. The starting salary range for this position is $115,000.00, with potential increases based on experience and qualifications.
