Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents for trial.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of cases in court.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records of legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial strategies and case management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in trial litigation, preferably in general or commercial litigation.
- Strong research skills, particularly using Westlaw.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in matrimonial, real estate, contracts, land/property, or government/municipality law is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Familiarity with legal technology and case management software.
