Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings related to insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
- Answer written discovery requests.
- Take depositions as part of the litigation process.
- Participate in arbitrations and trials.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited Law School.
- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; admission to the New Jersey bar is a plus.
- At least 5+ years of significant experience in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
- Proficiency in drafting coverage opinions involving first-party breach of contract and/or third-party liability claims.
