The Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution, providing legal guidance and representation to clients. This role involves conducting investigations, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court and other legal proceedings. The position is hybrid, allowing work from either Boca Raton, FL, or Phoenix, AZ, and is part of a well-established law firm dedicated to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and assess potential claims.
• Provide legal guidance and explain clients' rights and options.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage cases efficiently.
• Stay informed on relevant personal injury laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
• 2-10 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury laws and procedures.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to client advocacy and achieving favorable results.
