Beacon Hill's client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a litigation attorney to manage a significant number of cases related to car and truck accident injuries. This remote position requires candidates to reside in California or Washington and is expected to start early next year, lasting for over six months with likely full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large number of cases involving car and truck accident injuries.
• Independently handle case management and litigation processes.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders as necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working at an insurance defense firm or managing large portfolios of tort cases.
• In-house experience at an insurance company is also considered.
• Strong ability to manage cases independently.
• Active license and good standing in California or Washington.
