Responsibilities

  • Assist with trial preparation and deposition support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience required.
  • Paralegal Certificate is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong communication, proofreading, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with attorneys, staff, and clients.
  • Familiarity with local rules, procedures, and filings related to litigation and bankruptcy.
  • Experience in deposition and trial preparation.
