About the position

Gates, Gonter, Guy, Proudfoot & Muench, LLP is seeking a Litigation Discovery Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of discovery experience to join their warranty (lemon law) department. This full-time position is 100% remote and requires extensive knowledge of Federal and State Court procedures, as well as discovery procedures. The role involves managing the discovery process, gathering information and documents for responses, and maintaining the calendar for all discovery matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage the discovery process for litigation cases.
• Gather information and documents for discovery responses.
• Maintain the calendar for all discovery matters.
• Assist attorneys with various duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of litigation discovery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Accredited Paralegal Certificate required.
• Extensive knowledge of Federal and State Court procedures.
• Experience with filing and discovery procedures.
