As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and responses, as well as motions. You will manage case files and maintain document databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Coordination and scheduling of depositions, hearings, and trials will also be part of your responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. In addition to these tasks, you will communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, acting as a liaison to facilitate smooth interactions. Preparing and filing court documents accurately and on time is essential, as is assisting with trial preparation, which includes organizing exhibits and witness files. Requirements
