The firm offers a flexible schedule that allows for a combination of in-office and remote work, along with a competitive wage and benefits package that includes fully paid health, life, and disability insurance, a matching 401(k) plan, generous paid time off (PTO), holiday policies, and additional quarterly compensation based on billable hours, alongside annual discretionary bonuses and salary increases.
