The role also involves preparing draft pleadings and legal memoranda, as well as drafting Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents. Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative duties such as calendaring and correspondence with clients and other law firms.
  • Prepare draft pleadings and legal memoranda.
  • Draft Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.
  • Format correspondence and pleadings to meet legal standards.
  • Support the litigation team in pre-trial and trial preparations.

Requirements
