Responsibilities

• Manage discovery processes including responding to and propounding special and form interrogatories, requests for admission, requests for production, and requests for documents.
• Perform e-filing for state and federal courts to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
• Oversee calendar management for litigation attorneys to keep track of important deadlines and court dates.
• Prepare for trial by organizing litigation trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and jury instructions.
• Draft pleadings, complaints, discovery documents, and motions as required for various cases.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Proficient in managing discovery processes including responding to and propounding interrogatories and requests for documents.
• Experience with e-filing in both state and federal courts.
• Strong organizational skills for managing trial preparation and documentation.
• Ability to draft legal documents including pleadings, complaints, and motions.
