Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparing motions, discovery, subpoenas, and affidavits.
• Assist attorneys with document reviews, preparing reports, and keeping clients updated as needed.
• Assist attorneys in keeping their cases organized and moving toward resolution.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, court appearances, and trials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar.
• Highly organized, reliable, and with great attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with first-party insurance claims is strongly preferred, but not required.
