About the position

This role requires a self-starter who is detail-oriented and can assist attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. The Litigation Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team by managing case loads, preparing for trials, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time. The responsibilities of this position include drafting and responding to discovery requests, organizing case files, and maintaining communication with clients and other parties involved in litigation. The candidate must demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities. Additionally, the ability to e-file documents in both federal and state courts is essential. The firm values independence and expects the paralegal to act with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. A paralegal certificate or a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in personal injury cases is a plus, as it will enhance the candidate's ability to contribute effectively to the firm's litigation efforts.
