About the position

The Litigation Paralegal at McCraw Law Group is a full-time on-site role responsible for supporting attorneys in personal injury cases. This position involves a variety of tasks including legal document preparation, client communication, research, and document review, all aimed at ensuring effective case management and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and information
• Conduct legal research and analyze data
• Review and manage legal documents
• Assist in discovery processes and filing motions
• Support trial preparation activities
• Schedule and maintain calendars for attorneys
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and understanding of law and legal procedures
• Experience in legal document preparation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data
• Experience with discovery, filing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
• Skilled in document review and management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
• 3 to 5 years experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
