About the position

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for an onsite, temp to perm role with our client in Chattanooga. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience. The role involves a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the litigation process. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for drafting legal documents, correspondence, memos, and various pleadings. This includes the incorporation of documents and trial preparation, which entails organizing discovery documents, preparing exhibits, and bates labeling. Additionally, the paralegal will be tasked with the organization of client files and maintaining client documents and emails in designated client workspaces. Filing and recording documents with the appropriate offices and courts is another key responsibility of this position. The Litigation Paralegal will play a vital role in ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurately filed and recorded in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess essential skills in MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as well as strong analytical and organizational abilities. Responsibilities

Requirements
