The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting legal documents, managing discovery processes, and preparing for trials. This role is essential for ensuring that all legal documentation is organized and ready for various stages of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Reviewing client documents in anticipation of production
• Reviewing opposing party productions for sufficiency
• Organizing produced documents for depositions, mediation, or trial
• Summarizing depositions
• Preparing for trial

Requirements

• Certified paralegal with 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with e-discovery platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, Everlaw, or others
• Ability to work remotely
