About the position
As a Litigation Paralegal at Andy Citrin Injury Attorneys PC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our personal injury law practice. Your primary responsibility will be to assist attorneys in managing cases for clients who have suffered due to the negligence of others. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who is passionate about serving clients and ensuring that their legal needs are met effectively. You will be involved in various aspects of litigation, from the initial stages of case preparation to trial support and case closure. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting essential legal documents, including complaints and discovery materials, while ensuring that all court deadlines are met. You will also organize and maintain medical records and exhibits, which are vital for building strong cases. Communication is key in this position, as you will be liaising with clients, expert witnesses, and other parties involved in the litigation process. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will be essential as you navigate the complexities of personal injury cases. Additionally, you will assist in depositions and witness preparation, providing critical support to attorneys during these proceedings. Your role will extend to attending trials, where you will act as an assistant to the attorney, helping to present evidence and manage exhibits. After the trial concludes, you will be responsible for closing out case documents, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately. Responsibilities
