The role involves traditional paralegal work and participation in regulatory receiverships or monitorships as mandated by court orders. The ideal candidate should be flexible, quick-thinking, and able to maintain professionalism while working both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Preparing indices and timelines from client documents and interviews
• Reviewing and analyzing business records and financial documents
• Cite-checking
• Preparing and managing discovery
• Trial Preparation
• Maintaining familiarity with court rules and procedures.

Requirements

• ABA Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with court rules and cite checking (Bluebook)
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate with partners.
