Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients
• Foster productive and friendly relationships with clients and attorneys
• Manage a docket of 45-55 cases with an 'A' rating from clients
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits under the supervision of a lawyer

Requirements

• Personal injury litigation experience
