About the position

The Litigation Paralegal at Hamilton Stephens Steele + Martin Law Firm will provide essential support to attorneys throughout the litigation process. Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trial.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Manage and track deadlines for filing documents.
• Draft correspondence to clients and other parties involved in the case.
• Attend court hearings and depositions as needed.

Requirements

• Paralegal experience in a law office setting
• Strong organizational skills to manage legal case files efficiently
• Proficiency in litigation tasks such as document review and legal research
• Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and systems like Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Excellent writing skills to draft legal documents accurately and effectively
