The role requires managing multiple significant cases independently, ensuring deadlines are met without supervision, and proactively solving problems. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional organizational skills and a strong history of completing tasks efficiently and creatively, with a focus on trial experience and proficiency in NEOS.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of 12-15 significant personal injury cases independently.
• Ensure all deadlines are met without supervision.
• Execute case assignments proactively and efficiently.
• Solve problems independently without needing reminders from office staff.
• Maintain perfect organization and constant follow-up on case progress.

Requirements

• 15+ years of full-time litigation experience on the Plaintiff's side.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for at least 5 years.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Trial experience is required.
• NEOS proficiency is preferred.
