About The Position
Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP is currently seeking a full-time Paralegal to support the Litigation department and assist clients throughout the USA. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, and this position would be based in the Atlanta office. The role involves a variety of tasks that are essential to the litigation process, including document organization, reviewing all relevant pleadings and documents, and entering/updating events in the docket database. The paralegal will also be responsible for file maintenance, preparation for depositions and trials, and typing, formatting, and proofreading a variety of legal correspondence, briefs, motions, and pleadings. The candidate must be available for overtime and travel as needed, reflecting the dynamic nature of litigation work.
