About the position

Plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking a dedicated litigation paralegal to join our expanding team in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a team of four attorneys and four other litigation paralegals in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in litigation support and will be instrumental in assisting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial preparation and support. As a litigation paralegal, you will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategies, drafting and preparing essential legal documents, and organizing and maintaining comprehensive case files. You will also coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, ensuring that all parties are informed and that deadlines are met. Your role will be crucial in preparing discovery responses and supporting the attorneys in their efforts to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
