Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of 12-15 significant litigation cases independently.
• Ensure all deadlines are met without supervision.
• Execute case assignments proactively and efficiently.
• Solve problems independently without relying on office staff.
• Maintain perfect organization and constant follow-up on case progress.

Requirements

• 15+ years of full-time litigation experience on the Plaintiff's side.
• Proven trial experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up constantly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for at least 5 years.
• Experience with NEOS is preferred.
