About the position

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our personal injury firm, which has been serving clients in the Pacific Northwest for nearly 30 years. This role involves supporting attorneys in various phases of litigation, particularly in personal injury cases, including motorcycle, bicycle, and auto collisions. The position is hybrid, allowing for both remote work and in-office presence in Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities

• Conducting client interviews and gathering case information
• Participating in all phases of litigation including discovery, trial preparation, and trial
• Assisting in the preparation of written discovery, demand letters, and motions
• Noting, filing, and serving motions
• Managing, organizing, and ordering clients' medical records
• Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel

Requirements

• Experience with personal injury litigation (plaintiffs' side or defense side)
• Familiarity with court filing procedures
• Reside in the Inland Northwest
