The Litigation Paralegal will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys through all phases of litigation, ensuring that all necessary documentation and support are provided to facilitate the legal process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases, which includes docketing and filing, drafting legal documents such as pleadings and motions, assisting with discovery, and preparing for trial. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
