Responsibilities

• Summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment.
• Utilize Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel competently.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Insurance Defense experience required, preferably in bodily injury.
• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, and/or general liability is preferred.
• Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
• Strong organizational skills are needed.
• Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures is preferred.
