About the position

The Litigation Paralegal at Qntmlogic Private Limited plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys by performing a variety of tasks related to litigation. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. The paralegal will maintain client confidentiality, assist in document management, and ensure compliance with legal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with various litigation tasks under general supervision.
• Maintain positive contact with clients while observing confidentiality.
• Proofread typed materials for errors and write effectively.
• Perform advanced cite-checking and utilize document management systems.
• Supervise all aspects of projects, including copying, quality checking, and filing documents.
• Conduct research and locate relevant cases and information using various resources.
• Review and track invoices and related payments for the attorney group.
• Work independently and meet assigned deadlines, including the ability to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years of paralegal experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, and PACER.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to proofread and write effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic court systems and e-filing procedures.
• Ability to conduct legal research and manage litigation documents.

Nice-to-haves

• Intermediate understanding of litigation support database, Relativity is helpful.
