The St. Louis, MO office is seeking a paralegal with litigation experience to join our dynamic team. This position is integral to supporting a minimum of four attorneys, ensuring that all aspects of litigation are managed efficiently and effectively. The primary responsibilities include calendaring and document management, which encompasses the review, creation, and organization of legal documents. The paralegal will also be tasked with compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of information and documentation necessary for successful litigation outcomes. In addition to the core responsibilities, the paralegal will be expected to manage large multi-case dockets, which may involve toxic tort or insurance billing guidelines. Experience in preparing for expert depositions and trial preparation specifically for toxic tort litigation matters is considered a valuable asset. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally. Working under tight deadlines and prioritizing responsibilities will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. Flexibility in work hours may also be required to meet the demands of the role.
