About the position

The Litigation Paralegal will support the Litigation Practice Group at AbstoneLalley, Inc., focusing on commercial business litigation. This role involves managing case files, e-discovery, and client communication, ensuring effective trial preparation and document management.

Responsibilities

• Communication with clients and third parties throughout the course of a matter
• E-discovery management
• Case file management
• Document review
• Preparation of subpoenas
• Drafting of letters
• Drafting of motions
• Trial preparation
• Effective utilization of the firm's docketing system to track matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial business litigation experience
• Strong e-discovery skills
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Strong technical skills (including data harvesting and data management on third-party hosting platforms)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adjust to changing project priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to delegate appropriate tasks
• A demonstrated commitment to providing superior client service
