About the position

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Red Bank Office to assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, focusing on compensating the wrongfully injured and enhancing product and environmental safety. This role involves a variety of tasks that support the legal process and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Filing pleadings in New Jersey and Federal Courts
• Serving and responding to discovery
• Scheduling and coordinating depositions
• Trial preparation
• Communicating with clients and prospective clients
• Performing legal research and secretarial tasks
• Calendar management
• Maintaining client files
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred
• 1 year of experience in Mass Tort (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience in Personal Injury law (Preferred)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Class Action cases or Mass Torts
