We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team at ACTS LLP. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in all stages of the litigation process. This role is crucial for ensuring that our legal team operates efficiently and effectively, allowing us to deliver exceptional legal services to our clients. Additionally, you will assist with trial preparation, which includes preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. Your responsibilities will also involve reviewing and summarizing medical records, deposition transcripts, and other relevant documents. You will conduct client interviews to gather pertinent case information and provide administrative support as needed. Organizing and maintaining electronic case files within the company software/case management system will be essential to ensure that all information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
