Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients.
• Foster productive and friendly relationships with clients and attorneys.
• Manage a docket of 45-55 cases with an 'A' rating from clients, assigned attorney, and leadership.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits under the supervision of a lawyer.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency.
• Strong writing skills.
• Mid-level experience in personal injury law and litigation.
• Ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in navigating various computer programs and software.
• Tenacity and a desire for continuous improvement.
