About the position

The Co-Manager at Little Caesars serves as the right-hand to the General Manager, assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant. This role is designed for individuals looking to grow within the company, with opportunities to advance to General Manager positions. The Co-Manager is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing food production and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including food production, service, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high energy and a positive influence.
• Perform inventory counts and product ordering on a weekly basis.
• Train and supervise staff and create/maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure proper procedures are followed to keep food and labor costs in line.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in management or food service industry is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak periods.
• Proficiency in computer software applications related to inventory management.
