[Live-In] Caregiver, 24 Days (Up To $200 + Paid Training!)

About the position

The Live-In Caregiver position at Touching Hearts at Home involves providing essential care and companionship to clients in their homes. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and can commit to live-in shifts, ensuring clients receive support around the clock. Caregivers will assist with daily activities, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, while also offering companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with companionship, conversation, and activities.
• Provide dementia care and stand-by assistance.
• Support clients with mobility and light exercise.
• Prepare meals and remind clients about medication schedules.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Occasionally transport clients for errands or appointments.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional).
• Current CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP certification, or willingness to train.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to reliably commute to the job location.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
