About the position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated live-in caregiver to assist older adults with daily living activities. This role requires someone who is comfortable living and working in a household environment, providing essential support to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Mobility support
- Personal hygiene assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Toileting assistance
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Medication reminders and administration (with training)
- Housekeeping (cleaning, laundry)
- Companionship: Engaging in conversations, playing games or puzzles, accompanying on walks or outings, providing emotional support
Requirements
- Experience in caregiving or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
