About the position

We are seeking experienced Live-in Caregivers for multiple locations in the metro Atlanta area and surrounding regions. This role involves providing compassionate and reliable care to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being. Live-in shifts can vary from 2 to 4 days a week, offering flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both part-time and full-time positions. The pay rate ranges from $14 to $15 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $2500 per month based on hours worked. Additionally, we offer a $200 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment, making this an attractive opportunity for dedicated caregivers. Applicants must possess a valid CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a negative TB test, which we can assist in obtaining if necessary. Responsibilities

  • Help clients take prescribed medication
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Plan and prepare meals
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Be a pleasant and supportive companion
  • Report any unusual incidents
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a caregiver
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Respectful and compassionate demeanor
  • Good time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ethics
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in caregiving for at least 1 year
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including day, night, and overnight
