About the position
The Live-in Manager/Caregiver position at an Adult Foster Home (AFH) in Medford, Oregon, involves providing care and support for high-functioning adults with mental illnesses. Responsibilities
- Cooking and cleaning for 5 high functioning adults with mental illness
- Managing and administering medications
- Record keeping
- Arranging, facilitating, or attending medical appointments
- Providing supervision and support for adults with mental illness
Requirements
- Criminal background check through JCMH
- Pass the Adult Foster Care Basic Training exam
- Current 1st Aid and CPR certification
- Physicians approval for physical and mental fitness
- Must be at least 21 yrs old
- Caregiving experience or education/training in mental health/social work
- Provide your own transportation
