Responsibilities

• Assist the Live Operations Team in launching and maintaining the College project.
• Produce thorough documentation for training college replay staff and operational workflows.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in processes and challenge existing methods.
• Assist in completing Site Surveys for all venues and onsite system installations.
• Provide feedback on software functionality and ease of use for operational issues.
• Ensure systems are set up correctly for live operational quality of Replay deliverables.

Requirements

• Passion for collegiate sports and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Knowledge in at least one Hawk-Eye service.
• Experience in remote support and communication.
• Attention to detail for completing documentation accurately.
