About the position

Tatolly Inc. is seeking a Livestream Operations Specialist who will manage and optimize daily live streaming activities for the U.S. audience on TikTok. This role focuses on enhancing viewer engagement, increasing sales conversion rates, and driving Gross Profit Margin (GPM). The specialist will work closely with live stream hosts to develop their sales and product presentation skills, ensuring effective and engaging live content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily live streaming operations for the company's TikTok account, focusing on U.S.-based streams.
• Conduct TikTok livestreams with the host, ensuring smooth and engaging content.
• Oversee the daily operations of live stream hosts, providing training and guidance.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of assigned product categories and design live stream content.
• Optimize live stream content from three aspects: people (hosts), goods (products), and scenes (live streaming environment).
• Handle technical setup for live streams, including hardware equipment and software configuration.
• Interact with the audience in real-time, helping the host answer questions and respond to comments.
• Assist in organizing and collecting post-livestream data and feedback.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in live stream operations, with international experience preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok platform rules and traffic distribution logic.
• Strong data analysis capability and content sensitivity.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with clothing-related projects is a plus.
• Candidates with TikTok experience are preferred.
