About the position

The LMCUR Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote rewards-based programs for clients. This fully remote role focuses on creating impactful B2B and B2C marketing materials, driving customer engagement, and ensuring alignment with division goals and client needs through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote rewards-based programs across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Create and execute digital and traditional marketing materials including email templates, social media content, digital ads, and print materials.
  • Maintain the LMCUR website, ensuring proper messaging, links, and optimal user experience.
  • Develop and execute monthly LMCUR B2B newsletter.
  • Collaborate with teams and external partners to develop compelling content and sales collateral.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Maintain a marketing content calendar, ensuring timely campaign execution.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for marketing, production, and distribution.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, offering insights for optimization.
  • Stay current on marketing best practices and trends to improve program success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on rewards or loyalty programs (preferred).
  • Experience in creating marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in project management and vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management abilities, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email, and social media.
  • Ability to create persuasive marketing materials for B2B and B2C use.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven marketing improvements.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to changing marketing trends.
