About the position

Authentic Heart Family Counseling Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join their hybrid practice, providing therapy services both online and in-office. The role can be part-time or full-time, with responsibilities including providing clinical supervision to associate team members and delivering high-quality therapy services to children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of 25 therapy sessions per week for full-time therapists and 15 sessions for part-time therapists.
• Offer 5-10 hours of clinical supervision support to associate team members for full-time therapists and 5-8 hours for part-time therapists.
• Conduct telehealth sessions in a private and secure area.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and CE trainings.
• Respond to emails and calls during the day.

Requirements

• Must have a valid LMFT license.
• Minimum of 2 years of licensed experience.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision to associates.
• Experience working with children, families, or couples.
